We stayed there in May and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect—close to the airport. The animation staff was energetic, friendly, and genuinely made an effort to involve everyone while still respecting guests’ space. The evening shows were professional and enjoyable, creating a lively atmosphere without being too loud or disruptive. The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal offered a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared dishes with something for every taste. We really can’t wait to visit this hotel again—it felt like a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a memorable holiday experience!

We stayed at the Pickalbatros Palace in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-level service – absolutely 10/10. The staff was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day. The hotel itself is of very high standard, clean, beautifully designed, and with an atmosphere that honestly made us feel like we were in Greece – a completely different and relaxing vibe. A special thanks to Mustafa Mohamed, the service manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His warm and attentive attitude truly made a difference. We will definitely be coming back, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation in Sharm!

This is our second visit to this hotel. As always, it's spotlessly clean. The team is friendly and helpful. We especially thank Mohammed Ibrahim, who cleaned our room. Azouz Gamal and Moustafa Mohammed and Alan Samir from L'asiatique restaurant for their service. Finally, we thank Moustafa, the reception manager, for his attentiveness and care. Goodbye until the next meeting.
